- Medical Office Protocols for everyone's safety ...... You will see our receptionist (Rosie) remotely via an Alexa screen when you walk in. Face masks for patients are optional. There are free disposable masks available at the front desk. Therapy tables are cleaned after each patient, and of course hand sanitizer is available throughout the office for your convenience.
