- Our new patient forms are available online for you to complete and bring with you to your appointment. Click on the New Patients link.
- All new patients have to to schedule their fist appointment. After your first visit, all follow up visits are on a walk-in basis (no appointment necessary). The doctor will make recommendations for treatment. You then choose when to come back for treatment as you deem necessary.
- We accept most insurance plans. Click the New Patients link. We also accept patients who do not have chiropractic benefits.
